| Edge Skills Centre, Winnipeg ESC, is a community-based charity that provides adult education. English as a second language and career services to disadvantaged adults in Winnipeg for over 30 years. Eligible participants are low-income adults, adults on income assistance and immigrants and federally sponsored refugees. This grant helps towards painting on their third floor and 2 staff offices in their building. | $12,000 |
