CMI's purpose is to operate a senior citizens complex under the direction of Manitoba Housing. They provide affordable housing to visible minorities, low-income seniors, indigenous people, Metis people and individuals experiencing homelessness and people with disabilities. This grant helps with renovations to their senior community kitchen and dining room.

MSCA was incorporated in 1978. This centre provides a meeting place for seniors to socialize and participate in various crafts and games, thus battling the issues of loneliness and isolation. Their long term vision is to develop a facility that will be physically inviting and provide programming that will be interesting, attractive and stimulating to the 50+ age group. This grant helps with replacing their storage building.

OSKSCI is operating an independent living facility for seniors. Their mandate is to provide low income seniors with living spaces and services that address daily living needs and positively influence their quality of life and to provide meals and meeting space for all seniors in the Rural Municipality of Springfield. This grant helps with purchasing dishwashing and refrigeration equipment for their kitchen for their congregate meal program.
